Located in North Lauderdale, INC purchased 14 out of 20 condo units as a bulk purchase, obtaining automatic control of the association. With in-place rents steeply behind the market and a glaring value add opportunity, INC swiftly set out to turn the units and begin releasing at market rates. INC anticipates full stabilization by mid 2024.

A portfolio of 22 units located in Riviera Beach, INC selectively acquired seven properties over a 12 month period at below market valuations. Renovations and improvements were conducted bringing rents to market and achieving 50% - 100% cash-out refinances throughout the portfolio.
